Maternity session with Brandi..... wow...

I had a blast photographing my friend Brandi for her maternity session. She is expecting her second little boy in August.
Wow I had such a hard time picking images to blog about.... well here goes...
Brandi is just flat out stunning... I love this image!!

and then we added her husband and it just got better....

Wow I am getting married this weekend!

Well today Bruce and I went to get our marriage license today and now I am one more step closer to being Kara Carrier.... lol Here is a pic of us that we used for our announcement in the newspaper.



My mom and dad and family are here and we have a few more things to do before Saturday
but I am so excited to see how everything is coming together. I miss you all that could not make it out here and will be thinking of you all. I will post some pics when I get back from our honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean! xoxo Kara

Adam & Elizabeth Engagement

Adam and Elizabeth have to be the most adorable couple ever!!! I drove up to eastern Kentucky to their hometown to photograph their engagement session and we had a blast driving and romping around the country side. Adam and Elizabeth are both teachers. Adam teaches high school and Elizabeth is a special education teacher specializing in sign language.... did I mention how adorable they are.....
We made a stop at their church where they had a small American Idol moment....

Oh yeah and a waterfall !!!!!!

Yep it was cold out there.... somewhere around 33 degrees.... they were awesome!






Off to school we went... for some classroom fun and some one on one basketball...












And one last stop at Elizabeth's house to take a photo with her puppy dog Manny.... who played a major role in Adam's proposal...
